It's officially winter in my book!

After two straight days of heavy rain recently (we ARE in San Diego, right?), awoke
to this view from our balcony. I don't recall seeing snow on these mountains at any point
last year.

Walked into the backyard recently and this is what I found.

Updated house pics!

I know I've been a bit slow in posting these, but here are some updated pictures
of the house so you can see some of the changes. The kitchen remodel (everything!)
is finally done and we're very happy with it. As you can see, the yard has come along as
well and we've done some decorating, painting, etc.

House purchase...

So, we lucked into a GREAT house back in April in the neighborhood that we were already renting in. It was in very good condition, but was filthy from past renters and needed some TLC. These are the listing pics before we bought it. Updated pics will be coming shortly...
